i want to start cycling properly, i am not a huge fan of cardio but with cycling im a little bit more keen!, the only problem is i dont have a bike, im not in a position to spend hundreds on one either!

so the questions are
what is the best type of bike to buy? for general use, riding on roads, possibly some off road trails too

and where from?....dont forget the cheaper the better! but i dont want to compensate quality for price!
