HAs anyone tried the new disposable camcords yet, there only around15-20 pound so i hear, then a little more to have it developed onto a cd ?

says $15 in that link, so that would be <£10.

But only 20 mins of video and no zoom. I think i'd rather have a permanent one (but i don't use disposable cameras either, i expect people who like those might like this).

The 20 mins and no zoom would put me off too. It is a really good idea but I think it's been released a bit too soon. In a while technology will have progressed and you will be able to provide a couple of hours of recording for the same price. I think at that point it will be a good product.

It sounds very wastefull, writing 20 minutes of video onto a DVD, even one of those mini ones.
