I'm temped by this offer from o2. Anyone signed up for it yet?
Top-up £15 or more and get free calls on Talkalotmore.
Sign up and top-up with £30 gets you 300 minutes (5 hours free), £15 gets you 150 minutes (2.5 hours free).
Free calls are off peak to standard UK mobiles and fixed lines and you choose how to use your free minutes.
No catches and no need to pay for the first minute(s) of your call and you're not locked into a tariff.
If you're on o2 online get 300 free texts for a tenner or top up with £15 or more and get 300 texts and 150 calls.
Text MORE to 21300 and if you spend over £15 you get free minutes.
Worth going for or not?
GD.

Exactly what I was thinking :hihi:
i doubt very much that 02 are paying individuals to advertise cheap texes and calls on a public forum
maybe he or she just wanted to spread the word about a perfectly good bargain

Suspicious, but that number and word are the standard for O2. So unless they have taken to spamming forums the OP has nothing to gain from other people signing up.

If the poster was a spammer, surely they would have included a link to the relevant 02?

opps, that was a super fast response! i think i have taken the wrong approach to ask for advice here :( Please be gentle as all these forum world is still new to me! and i am really sorry for the spamming but unfortunatly i am still in college and don't work for O2(hence not paid for).
i am on virgin mobile now and the cross network calls are costing me too much, beside that the network coverage is not brilliant here!
then i went to the little mobile shop in town and asked the guy which network is better and he said O2 and gave me a leaflet with all the bulleting points and says O2 sim is the cheapest(£7.99) so i am just here ask for some advice, and i have posted in many other forums just to get more advice from you real people out there than the shop owner :(
and thanks Mainframe for the link, so my thought was proven that the shop owner must make a fortune on these sim cards or he wouldn't put in the effort of printing out so many leaflets

Welcome to the Forum, Ginodcampo.
Lots of people post links on here for offers, bargains and stuff, and don't get accused of spamming.
Get stuck into Sheffield Forum and enjoy
