Look at the rabbits nails and you will see a pink part (the quick) Make sure you do not cut below that, as it will bleed otherwise. If you don't feel confident in doing them, your vet should show you how to do it, so that you can do them next time. My vet used to charge about a fiver. If the eye gets no better, and you're not happy, I would try a different vet.

okay thanks for the advice i have already clipped his nails and now he is running around the living room like a rabbit that is happy lol
The dripping eye is possibly to do with teeth which you may need to have checked at the vets.
The eye may also be drippy as he is a draught so in which case you can make a cover with plastic and blankets or carpet which is as good as a hutch snuggle.
$ft hutch size for a bunny isn't really big enough , keep an eye on freecycle often they have big hutches for free!

Our vet charges £34.95 to neuter a rabbit.
As for the dripping eye, personally I'd not keep it with the other rabbit until I knew the definite cause and had seen a vet just to be on the safe side
for the weepy eye i certainly wouldn't introduce another until you know whats wrong with him, as it could be contagous.
As for the hutches you could get a 4ft hutch with an up stairs and down stairs giving him extra room if that helps.
