I have bought my OH an MP3 player for Christmas, however we are unable to download to it. Can anyone help? We have downloaded the disk that manages the songs and there is the icon on the desktop but when we open it "Device error" comes up, although it does let us into the programme. We have put a CD on the computer under the C Drive in "My Music" and have converted the songs to MP3 format. Then I have inserted the MP3 player into the USB socket and when i try to send the song to that drive (K) the following error messages come up
"Cannot copy (song name) the firectory or file cannot be created"
"The target can not handle this type of document.
Can anyone tell me whats wrong

Thanks

When you plug it into the USB port, does your pc tell you it's found new hardwear?

Have you looked under My Computer at the MP3 player when it's plugged in, does it come up as a drive? do you have folders on the drive?

Edit to add, have you looked at the website support?

Thanks for the link, it has the same questions as in the booklet that came with it. I have plugges the MP3 back in and looked at properties and it looks as though the player is at full capacity although there is nothing in the K drive no folders or songs. I have tried to play the player back but there is nothing there. I might format the player what do you think
