hello there,

i found a little white book called "The Truth, by God" lying in the grime on west street some time ago - has anyone else ever seen a copy, or read one? Does anyone know the guy who wrote it? (i'm presuming it wasn't actually god, or is that being cynical?)

it's very strange, and it's tickled my interest.

ta luvs,

There've been long threads about the guy on here. He came to some Christian events at the university trying to convert people to his cult. I trust him about as far as I could throw him ;)

Hi Phil,

I was walking down west st and was struck by a beam of light that told me this guy is a fruitcake and to remove his posters and rub out his chalkings when possible.

Yes...and he's the subject of a very long and "drawn-out" (:hihi: bad pun:hihi: ) thread elsewhere on the forum.

Smily Henry! He's an intensely mysterious character, he doesn't seem to have a job, but has an apparently endless source of funding for his project. Or at least he's making it look that way. The book itself is a jolly good read, in a kind of confusing-like-the-last-bit-of-2001-A-Space-Odessy kind of way. Does anyone know anything about him at all?

From what I've seen of him on the streets of the city centre I'd like him to stay a mystery in terms of getting to know him...but if anyone on the forum has some interesting annecdotes I'm always up for a gossip and a good old b*tch!

So this guy has a book with the title "The Truth, by God"...is he claiming to be a divine incarnation of the author responsible for that old potboiler the bible...or is he just mad?:loopy:
