I have a house that I have just rented out. I need to sort out landlord insurance pronto. It's an area I've never delved into in the past. Any landlords out there care to advise me on a good policy and what I should look for and what I needn't bother about? There's a lot of optional extras in these contracts and I'm not sure which to include or not to include. Any companies that offer the best deals?
