I'm not even sure what saag puri is apart from it being spinach

is it just spinach curry served with a puri?? the puri being an indian bread, I'd just google recipes for spinach curry then

No it's not a curry.. I order it from the indian a fair bit - it's a Spinach Starter similar to the Chicken /Prawn Puri starters but with spinach there isn't any curry sauce in with it :s - No worries.. will ask the takeaway if they can give me the recipe :)
