A friend of mine has just bought a house on Bassett Place on the mannor. Its near Mannor Oaks Road between Boundry Rd and Outram Rd. Does anyone live near by or know the area? I've heard from a few people that its a pretty bad but then you hear a lot of roumors and people generally comment off reputation rather than knowledge. Would you live there?

If you would or are from round there could you tell me if you think that is the area has improved recently and is developing? Are there any plans locally that are going to change the area? I know that the both Ske Edge and the Mannor Lane areas have some developments that are on going, can anyone shed any further light on these and wether it'll have a knock on effect to Bassett Place?

try doing a search with 'Mannor' spelled correctly ie: manor.

boundry rd ,outram rd and manor lane are on the wybourn not the manor. both dodgy areas but still have nice people living on the estates,
