No, I'm not asking for you to try and find me the cheapest Bar in Sheffield (:p), but recently a few work-mates told me about a Bar that's either closing down or opening up (?) and they are selling everything for peanuts.

Can't remember for the life of me what it was called and I don't have there number, so any help would be awesome. If it helps they told us that there were simply 3 fridges full of various types of alcoholic beverages. Fridge 1 was 50p drinks, Fridge 2 £1 drinks, and Fridge 3 contained £1.50 drinks (i.e. bottles of Budweiser, etc).

It just sounds like a great place to head for a drink, while not being made even more skint with good ol' Chrimbo round the corner (knowing my luck, I heard them all wrong and it was probably just a one off night in a Bar...)!

i went into the basement waited half hour to get served because of the 75p drinks,we walked out in the end, i think that because the drinks are so cheap they have cut back on the number of bar staff, there were two on on a saturday night.

Is the Basement available for hire, and can they accommodate live bands? I'm looking for a venue for Saturday 7th February.
