I'm looking to find a mutual exchange as I am having no luck with the Property Shop.

I can offer a well maintained 2 bed upper maisonette in Stannington. Shops, bus stops, doctors are all very close (literally across the road!). Laminate flooring downstairs, will leave all carpets etc. Due to have brand new kitchen, bathroom, central heating, front door etc in August/September.

Looking to exchange with a 2/3 bedroom house in any condition, as I have a son and a young baby and have trouble getting up and down stairs with a pram. Will consider most areas.
