View Full Version : Help Finding a boys football club for my 4yr old Precious 19-12-2008, 12:20 I live at Meersbrook but would be willing to travel. Weekday evenings best. Thanks Shef_Fitness 19-12-2008, 13:33 I believe there is a Football club at Lodge Moor, that does football training for the really young children. I think its Wednesday night at the School altyfc 19-12-2008, 13:49 Have you looked into Little Kickers? It's a franchise for young ones to train/learn football. I'd be surprised if there wasn't one in Sheffield. JONTR 23-12-2008, 08:56 your son is not old enough to play competitive football. There is beighton falcons who have a junior falcons club set up for 4 to 6 year olds. princessfluf 30-12-2008, 23:48 Hiya Woodhouse Juniors have a nursery coaching scheme that they do on a monday night between 6.30pm & 7.30pm at Handsworth Grange School. My little boy been training with them since last year they have played a few friendlies but nothing competitive yet as they are too young. You can give them a ring and double check ages etc.... hope this helps. See internet www.woodhousejuniorsfc.co.uk lotteblade 31-12-2008, 16:35 woodhouse i've got to say is one of the best ones :L and thats not just cus i coach they the coaching is good! theystarted with ypoung ones 4 years ago now maybe 3 and since the satrt they have an A division team....will be getting another A/B when the Under 8's go up and same when under 7's atm under 6's which your son would train with will probs be gettin an A and C/B 2 teams when they evenyully get up there (hopefully!!) but your lad would stay with unders untill he is in year 1 when he can start playin friendly games (if that makes sence to ya). then wen he goes up 2 year 2 he will be in one of the teams! we are getting a few new ones come that age...ive pmed you anyway! Just give me a ring |
