At the minute cars, buses and trams are simply trying to avoid each other by hooting their horns before dashing across the junction.

Don't we get traffic police with white gloves anymore?

they were out on west street about a month ago too- was a nightmare at the top where it joined hanover way- im suprised there isn't a back-up service for junctions like these!!!

I was just there, didnt seem that bad to me. Those coming across West Street seemed to have right of way.As long as everyone pays attention it isnt aexactly a difficult junction.

I bet the traffic is flowing a lot smoother with out the lights.

The lights at Chystal Peaks/Drakehouse Junction have been out for the last two days and its been fantastic no Queues even at rush hour.

There were none in Hillsboro Corner working yesterday and the ones by the Crossroads that lead into Crookes weren't working tonight :suspect:
