Can anyone recommend a company that does kick boxing classes for adult beginners, reasonably priced, and on at the weekend? looking to start in jan 09 with a mate.

have a look at these guys they do Kickboxing at a couple of venues in Shefield as well as female only classes with a female instructor and they teach on Saturday afternoon in the Hillsbourgh Area.
