I'm coming back to Sheffield after a year away and I'm keen to find a comfortable house share that allows me to keep my computer work (I'm self employed) going but without crowding me out so that I have no life (it can happen!)..

Ideally I'm looking for a well equipped house with the usual white goods (fridge, freezer, cooker) and a decent shower. Room wise I'm looking for a really big room, or even one medium and one small one as an office space. Access to the net via cable or BT aDSL is an absolute must (happy to get installed and paid for myself) and I'm happy to share access (not for masses of porn though ;)).

Really keen to find a friendly professional house, mixed or female would be ideal, that's pretty relaxed and enjoys a good chuckle without going mental... In terms of rental period, I'm looking for something for a year and possibly longer. Expect to pay for what I use and any extras (electric, etc..) and will even buy a round from time to time...
