I like it. The layout is very relaxing and calming (which is good for what you are selling).

However, have you optimized the site of all, what sort of marketing have you done?. How many visitors are you getting?. I can help you, if you like in deciding this.

In order for your site to be found, you need to think of who your customers are.Looking at it you only deliver locally, so you need to cater to people around sheffield.

Also your home page needs a lot more text. Search engines love content Ideally around 400-700 words.

So here is what I would do :-
1)Find phrases people are searching for in Google for what you are selling.
2)Put the best phrase in your home page, and add more text
3)Make sure the title of the page your heading, any picture has this phrase in it
4)Make sure you get links back to your site, with these phrases included.

This is a very basic understanding of optimization, if you need any help, I would be glad to offer my advice

Optimize has given you sound advice about marketing and search engine optimization. You need to have the site very tightly focussed on what you're doing to get good positions but you've got all the raw materials there - including the reason people should buy from you rather than anywhere else.

agree, very simple and fits the purpose for why you are doing it.

Only suggestion after a quick glance is you need much better images that give clarity on the product.

Pointless optimising a site where the products are not being displayed in such a way that people will want to buy them ie you need a website that converts the web traffic to paying customers.

Sometime though Indizine, we have to work with what we have. Gaiaroo has already stated she does not wish to pay for an upgrade, I certainly do not believe optimising the site is pointless. In some situations, getting the targetted traffic allows you to see if there more that needs doing.

Web site marketing and finding the right mix, can be a process of elmination.

I really like the graphics and colours. I'd either suggest a change of colour for the standard text (say v dark red or something just off black) or also make it sans-serif.

The footer could do with a bit more detail to finish it off and encompass the whole.

An easy one to say, the product images backgrounds could do with some continuity or something, not sure about the black (and then white borders).

Some of the external scripts can also take a while to load.

I expected to see more writing on your pages. not too much just one more paragraph, its your oportunity to get someone hooked and buying from you. If I had come accross your site via a google search i could be tempted to visit the next site as there is not quite enough information to keep me interested.

Thanks for all the comments - they have been taken into account and I'll work on it tomorrow!! Keep them coming!! Optimize - I will eventually upgrade but seeing as at the moment I am raising money for a charity I feel like spending money would be pointless as I may as well give it to charity!!! xx
