anyone know what happened to him or his descendants....he famously escaped a murder charge where two brothers hanged

if you look at bottom of first list of threads there is one called sheffield gang wars. think he's mentioned on there

i'm sure one of the regulars on here will set up one of the link things they do, (i dont know how to).

You can also get a book "The Sheffield Gang Wars" by J.P.Bean from most decent book stores in Sheffield. It is a really good read. It covers Sam Garvin's role in the Gang Wars extensively.
