Google 'malware bytes' download it (free) and run a full system scan.
You have malicious software on your machine. Don't check your bank details or personal stuff until it's clean!
Have a nice evening

I obtained this (http://www.download.com/3001-8022_4-10984636.html?spi=fcb611bcb8f1fc008cf9e852c56c8949&part=dl-10804572) by following my above instructions. You should really have done it yourself as I had to assume you were on a compatible operating system. Anyhow I'm off to bed, good luck securing your pc.

Thanks and I did do it.

And at the end doing a scan it has said 'removal of defected threats requires a registered version of spyware Doctor'.

£30!!! Great.

£30!!! Great.Dave650 said Malware Bytes, not Spyware Doctor. Malware Bytes' Anti-Malware software kicks butts, this is their website: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php scan wil take bout half an hour, you may then have to run a scan on startup and that's your lot done.
Looking at your screenshot your computer could be infected by the Anti Virus XP (or 2008). It sometimes put a new shortcut in your start menu called 'windows security centre' (or center). The correct shortcut is called 'security center'.

Don't be fooled by malware pretending to be anti virii, the scans are just animated images and all they want are your card or bank details ;) Malware Bytes <==

Should sort your system out :)

Please don't buy/sell or use any sort of online banking facility until you're system is clean.
