Does anyone know who the six MPs are who are leaning on the FA to take action against Chris Morgan ?
It would be interesting to see if these MP,s / part time referees withtheir overburdened workload voted to restrict the time limit on the commons police investigation debate to allow them extra time to direct their valuable time towards the FA issues.

Early Day Motion:
"That this House views with astonishment the decision by the Football Association to take no further action against the Sheffield United player Chris Morgan following an incident during Barnsley's match against Sheffield United on 8 November 2008 which resulted in the admission of Barnsley player Iain Hume to a hospital intensive care unit suffering from a fractured skull and bleeding to the brain; and calls on the Football Association to review this decision and either to take action against what can only be described as violent conduct or to abandon once and for all its so-called Respect Agenda in view of the lack of protection given to Iain Hume and the complete failure of football's governing body to deal properly with this issue"
Illsley, Eric (Labour Party) Constituency: Barnsley Central
Hancock, Mike (Liberal Democrats) Constituency: Portsmouth South
Palmer, Nick (Labour Party) Constituency: Broxtowe
Cryer, Ann (Labour Party) Constituency: Keighley

If this is a genuine e mail from an MP then he ought to sacked on the spot as his intelligence levels shouldnt permit him to run a bath nevermind a country.
And as for his 5 supporters they probably think Chris Morgan used his buttocks to inflict the injury having an inability to discern different parts of their anatomy

Its ok, Sheffield Utd will probably end up suing someone, and then when it gets thrown out twice and get an unfair decision on the third time of hearing, cynically allow a technicality to stop the person being sued from appealing themselfs!

Cobblers to the 3 babies a week dying due to the failings of social services and the fact Britains going bankrupt - let's have Chris Morgan hanged!!!
Typical Labour tactic - straight on the bandwagon.

its cool to know that the govt are so under occupied as to be able to take over the running of the FA.
