How can I quote a post from one thread onto another thread on the forum.

at the post you want to quote ..
Hit the 'quote' button.
The box will open with all the text inside quote formatting script.
Copy all of this and then just click away from this page without 'posting' any reply.

Go to the thread that you want to reply to and paste the quote text into your reply and add any addition comments of your own.
