Pretty embarrassing really - "look it's that man off the magic box". Makes you sound a bit simple to be honest.

I saw Michael Vaughan in Eccy Road Starbucks last week, am I kicking myself now for not staring at him or shouting his name? Err...no!

Now if I ever saw George Clooney in M & S (which is most unlikely) I would rugby tackle him to the floor.!

He's not exciting. Nor is Jack from Hollyoaks. I've seen a few soap stars out and about but never felt the need to announce it or anything :hihi:

Hollyoaks is the soap full of the "beautiful people". I think Jack is the living dead pub landlord. I could be wrong, I don't watch it very often.....

No idea, could you imagine if he was just a look a like, a Benny Hill scene just came to mind.

Some guys buying himself some new undies, this women (place any comical image here) gives you a near miss with her buggy, starts chasing you shouting "JACK, JACK", at that point every pram wielding women in the place, takes up pursuit, the screams for "JACK" fade out and commence the Benny hill music.
Conga line of damp nappies squeaking after some bloke who is thinking "not again, I hate hollyoaks".

That's exactly how I like to watch the soaps, too!!!! :gag: :gag:

However, I sat behind Phil Daniels (Of "Quadrophenia" and "Breaking Glass" fame, and, lately, 'Enders. apparently) at the Lyceum the other night. We were both in the audience for "Witches Of Eastwick".

I spoke to him, discreetly and politely and said "Hello, Are you ok, and how are the rehearsals going for "Aladdin"? and said that I was hoping to get to see the panto, when it opened.

No screeching, no histrionics (from either myself or Mr Daniels) I then left him alone so we could both enjoy the second half of the show.

I fainted in boots once, and when I came round Jamie Lomas was stood right next to me, I thought I must have banged my head..and i tried to get his autograph but all that came out was.. "ermmm..Warren?!"

Safe to say, he must have thought I was a bit divvy. Never mind!

Do let us know if you bump into a genuine celebrity won't you, like Tom Jones in Jack Fultons, or Sean Connery in Poundland.

Yeah. . he does live up in grenoside, I'm sure I've delivered a pizza to him ages ago, but didn't know exactly who he were then as the girlfriend of the time watched Hollyoaks, but I ignored it.

What does it matter if you have a better job? You still made yourself look like a loser!

In 1998, I was fortunate enough to bump into some members of Gorky's Zygotic Mynci while I was flyposting. They were playing the Leadmill that night, and were trying to locate a cafe bar. I escorted them to one on Cambridge Street. I was buzzing all month about that one!
