So that's the last time he comes to Sheffield then?

Correct! I never guessed it!......who?
OMFG 111111..... I would have fainted on the spot with exitement that such a major and talented celeb was in town.
OMG Did you get his autograph OMG
pattricia 08-12-2008, 22:24 Ive never seen Hollyoaks. Is it a major soap opera then ? :suspect:
barny_100 08-12-2008, 22:24 Pretty embarrassing really - "look it's that man off the magic box". Makes you sound a bit simple to be honest.
I saw Michael Vaughan in Eccy Road Starbucks last week, am I kicking myself now for not staring at him or shouting his name? Err...no!
pattricia 08-12-2008, 22:27 Now if I ever saw George Clooney in M & S (which is most unlikely) I would rugby tackle him to the floor.!

You dumped on him AND furthermore made everyone look to see the mess? And you got away with it?
So that's the last time he comes to Sheffield then?
He lives in Sheffield near Grenoside.
hehe I love sarcasm... nice one :D
Moi!!...Sarcastic I have no Idea what you mean ;)
I thought you were gonna say someone exciting like George Clooney.:(
He's not exciting. Nor is Jack from Hollyoaks. I've seen a few soap stars out and about but never felt the need to announce it or anything :hihi:
Whats hollyoaks?? and whos this jack??
Hollyoaks is the soap full of the "beautiful people". I think Jack is the living dead pub landlord. I could be wrong, I don't watch it very often.....
redrobbo 09-12-2008, 00:08 Whats hollyoaks?? and whos this jack??
That makes two of us in blissful ignorance. :)
Whats hollyoaks?? and whos this jack??
No idea, could you imagine if he was just a look a like, a Benny Hill scene just came to mind.
Some guys buying himself some new undies, this women (place any comical image here) gives you a near miss with her buggy, starts chasing you shouting "JACK, JACK", at that point every pram wielding women in the place, takes up pursuit, the screams for "JACK" fade out and commence the Benny hill music.
Conga line of damp nappies squeaking after some bloke who is thinking "not again, I hate hollyoaks".
lesley1967 09-12-2008, 00:39 when ive been to manchester town centre im too busy looking for famous people(yes sad i know!).......but....i have seen nathen(brother beyond) he looked right at me! and angela griffiths with her hubby n kids....
I got all excited then!!!!!
... until I read the thread...
WHO?!?!
bjshooter 09-12-2008, 01:42 Ok what else was he in years ago? A police man who was desk bound who you hardly saw in Morse or Frost or am i making this up now?

I only ever watch it with 'mute' on. I love to watch it; I hate to hear it.
I only ever watch HollyOaks with the TV off

Plain Talker 09-12-2008, 09:00 I only ever watch HollyOaks with the TV off
That's exactly how I like to watch the soaps, too!!!! :gag: :gag:
However, I sat behind Phil Daniels (Of "Quadrophenia" and "Breaking Glass" fame, and, lately, 'Enders. apparently) at the Lyceum the other night. We were both in the audience for "Witches Of Eastwick".
I spoke to him, discreetly and politely and said "Hello, Are you ok, and how are the rehearsals going for "Aladdin"? and said that I was hoping to get to see the panto, when it opened.
No screeching, no histrionics (from either myself or Mr Daniels) I then left him alone so we could both enjoy the second half of the show.
right ,to all that's been funny about me putting this on here.

I fainted in boots once, and when I came round Jamie Lomas was stood right next to me, I thought I must have banged my head..and i tried to get his autograph but all that came out was.. "ermmm..Warren?!"
Safe to say, he must have thought I was a bit divvy. Never mind!
PuressenceUK 09-12-2008, 11:50 Do let us know if you bump into a genuine celebrity won't you, like Tom Jones in Jack Fultons, or Sean Connery in Poundland.
Classic Rock 09-12-2008, 11:55 He must have been on some sort of day release from prison!
I once saw me in a mirror in House of Frazer.

What does it matter if you have a better job? You still made yourself look like a loser!
ohmyword 10-12-2008, 14:39 In 1998, I was fortunate enough to bump into some members of Gorky's Zygotic Mynci while I was flyposting. They were playing the Leadmill that night, and were trying to locate a cafe bar. I escorted them to one on Cambridge Street. I was buzzing all month about that one!
I thought you were gonna say someone exciting like George Clooney.:(

George blinkin' Clooney! Yer obsessed woman! OBSESSED! :hihi:
