Hi Jill and the other ladies of the knitting circle...

I just wanted to say a belated thankyou for making me feel so welcome at the 'stitch and bitch' on the 3rd of Dec at the Wool Baa. I had a wonderful evening and am so excited about making my hat that I knitted 8 rows instead of 7 because I didn't want to stop! My mum is very pleased and is promising to show me how to purl when I go home at xmas. Luckily (or not) I'm so busy with work at the moment I don't have time to even think about knitting any more before then!

I hope I will see some of you again next time I'm in Sheffield (next week probably).

I have rediscovered knitting. Last time I did any I was in infant scholl, some 30+ years ago!! Can anyone give me any infor on stitch n bitch or knit n knatter?
