Will the roadworks and the dust be worth the wait? I've seen the plans and they look pretty spectacular

as long as it attracts top acts that sometimes miss out sheffield and play 2 or 3 nights in manchester i dont really mind what it looks like inside:)

the graffiti on city hall has been there for ages they havnt got round to blasting it yet

If I ever caught them tagging the city hall I would make sure that some form of abuse would come to them. I cant believe already that someone has done this, hopefully the stone work has been trated so it should come straight off.
