Anyone on here viewing this forum as a Sheffield ex pat in Cyprus? Just interested as there are tons of British bars there and quite a few bar owners I met from Sheffield when I was there recently. Thinking of moving out there myself......

My sister-in-law's just moved back there after 7 years in Sheffield.

Main reason is her Greek husband wants to be back living with family.

Mother-in-law lived there for many years but is back in Sheffield as she'd had enough of it out there. Too hot and too backwards.

I've been quite a few times and don't like it at all.

I can think of way better places to emigrate to.

Just my opinion of course.
