Me and my partner are planning on moving out in January and i'm after some information for some apartments which have just been built in Grenoside. They have been built on the crossroads just off Salt Box Lane and they have been built by Jaguar Estates. I'm interested in letting one of the apartments but i cant find any information anywhere about how much they are being let for or how i would go about letting one....?
Any information would be greatly appreciated... thanks

I just 'googled' jaguar estates and a few links came up, eventually, dreadfully slow but you could get a telephone number from them.

However I'm under the mpression that flats you refer to are for people over 55 years old.

Yeah i tried the jaguar estates website yesterday and the site was down so i couldnt get any info. Also, all the properties that are coming up on google are to buy not to let.... And i hope they arent for over 55's!! The apartments have been for sale for a while and they dropped the price alot due to lack of interest but i'm sure they've recently started letting them...??

I was interested in finding some information about jaguar estates and search brought me here. Hope you are sorted with accommodation.I know it's been a while since you posted. Can you tell me if they are now letting apartments as you hoped. They're planning a large block of the same, over 55s off Ridgeway road and maybe they'll come up for let, It might take some time but its a good spot. If you got one do you mind saying how much rent is?
