Going back early 80s. Hazel the shopkeeper in the steel portacabin, and then the early 90s Roy (after they built a building). Id be interested in contacting anyone who had photos of said area (grimesthorpe) anywhere from 70s/80s/early 90s.

I remember Roy, but don`t have any photos unfortunately.
I lived nearby in the early seventies and saw the new shop built. It had been badly needed as he could then stock a lot more. We used to have a mobile van come round but it stopped after the new shop opened, presumably he lost his customers.
It was due to change hands again earlier this year but I think the present owners are now staying.
