View Full Version : Wanted staffy!!! mic123abc 01-12-2008, 12:36 any got a staffy pup or less than 6months? for sale:help: Strix 01-12-2008, 14:56 Have you checked our website? it isn't unusual to find pups of six months old in rescue :( Rainrescue 01-12-2008, 17:19 I think there are about 8 staffy or staffy x pups down at the council kennels. All which should be getting socialised and in new homes - rather than being in a kennel. I hope they all find nice homes, and that whoever takes each and every one of them on - gets them spayed so there aren't so many unwanted staffy's again next year. teeny 01-12-2008, 17:21 why not visit the council kennels ? they need good homes and deserve a chance. waddy 03-12-2008, 08:07 Definately visit the council kennels. Our Layla came from rescue and she was not much older than 6 months. She is gorgeous:love: Adz 03-12-2008, 09:40 Yep i do believe the kennels have about 6ish pups left when we went at the weekend and i have to say they are beautiful i so want the blue one Grrrr if only mic123abc 04-12-2008, 09:50 as anyone got the council kennels number ? thanks Adz 04-12-2008, 10:11 http://www.rainrescue.co.uk/sheffield.htm Numbers are on the top of the rain page it's also worth asking if there are any pups left, i know there was also another v young staff under 6 months last weekend. I3lade4life 04-12-2008, 10:51 My dad has just bought the most gorgeous blue staffy(poss cross)pup from the guys at the council kennels. I paid them a visit when he went to collect and trust me there are plenty of lovely dogs there for you to adopt and its so much better than getting one from a breeder. spottie2101 04-12-2008, 14:55 Im so jealous i love the little blue pups i always had to go and give there mum a big fuss and take a peak when i went to the kennels Mum or Ivy as she is now known is very lucky she is also in her forever home. Yipee Lets hope some more of the dogs in there have such a happy ending. Rainrescue 04-12-2008, 21:26 Thankfully - most of the puppies have got homes now - I believe there are only 2 left. However, sadly - a mummy rottie has just given birth to 11 puppies - more unwanted ones coming into this world due to some neglegent person letting her get pregnant. As if its not hard enough to find homes for the rotties - without another load hitting the streets. I just hope all who take them on - will get them neutered and not allow any more to be bred. |
