I've recently moved into a VM area for the first time, and I'm loving the TV side of things but the 20 meg broadband I'm paying for is giving me less than 0.5!
I got in touch with Vm techies via their newsgroup and posted my speed tests etc. I got a message within a few minutes with a ticket number saying it was a known problem, and an upgrade to rectify it was scheduled for 16th December.
I'll post the ticket number later FWIW (can't get to it from this PC) but just letting you all know that the newsgroup is definitely the best source of help from VM, and relief is at least on the cards for those of us in S5.
