If none of those codes work, the remote might be fubar'd, ring Sky up.

Isn't there a page on the SkyActive customer page (999) with all the codes? Whats the model number?

newer tv,s need newer remotes to work
(the newest version of the sky remote as more codes built in and the sky+ remote seems to have even more) still cant get a code for our tv yet

It might be worthwhile trying to reset the remote first; I've had the same problem before and landed up resetting it first, before being able to put in the new code. To perform a RESET press [TV] and then hold [select] and [red button] together for around two seconds (until the red light blinks twice). Now press 999 (red light blinks once for a long time and then twice quickly).

ive done the reset (999) and tried them all again.

Spoke with sky and they gave me a list of codes to try which i have done, but still not had any luck.

Rang the helpline for tv and he said some tv's aren't compatable, but surely that'd be the older tvs?

its the newer tvs that arent compatible
at 1 time loads of different tv where using the same codes
now they all seem to use there own
theres a way to search but even thats not likely to sort it
