:clap::clap:Some of you might remember that just over a year ago i had to take the heartbreaking decision to rehome my shepard due to personal circumstances over the last 14 months there hasn't been a day when i haven't regretted my decision. On thursday night i got a phone call from the lady who took max from me she has had some problems from him and he had shown some signs of aggression on 2 occasions and my one and only response was to tell her to bring him home and so he's back yeah !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My circumstances are better now and so he's back where he belongs and it'll be a long time until we're seperated again. I'm pleased to say that since he's been home he has settled straight away and there's been no sign of any aggression at all its as if he's never been away .:):):)

Hey that's great to hear. Good that she got in touch and didn't just try to pass him on to someone else. You must both be well happy.

Brilliant Bet he's so glad to be home did he still love you just as much, Shepherds always seem to remember, when I had puppies years later they always remembered me, if I used the words I used to shout them with when they were babies

I'm so glad this has worked out well.

Signs of showing aggression is worrying. Did you get a full picture as to why Max did this?

He was in a room with the children and he went for a little boy :suspect:
I have got 4 children and he has never shown any signs of aggression either then or now so i don't know why he did it maybe he just wanted to come home ?

He looks in nice condition Mrs Jet.;) My bet is that one of the children has pulled at him, either then, or sometime previously.

Glad he is home now.

Awwww...that's fantastic!!!!!! There's no place like home!!!!:hihi: There should not be any further problems, as Shepherd's are extremely intelligent and I would'nt have put it past him, to have been planning his escape.....What can I do, to get out of here and back to my mum sort of thing!!
That was his answer...I'll be as nasty as I can, then she'll get fed up..lol

I know it goes without saying Mrs Jet, but please be on extra watch duties with him and your kids. If the other children have pulled him, then he will be very wary, even though he knows your children, he now knows what kids are capable of.

Good luck and I am so glad he is settled.

Hi I am Mrsjets sister and would just like to say its brill to have Max home!!! I can't believe how much he has grown...He's one of the biggest most beautiful loving shepherds I no...and loves to use me as a leaning post...I have an 11 month old little girl...and while i'll be on close guard with max i'm a 100% certain he wouldn't harm a hair on our kids heads!!! HE'S SIMPLY STUNNING!!!!

HAHA!!! I don't think my sis has an option to whether or not this is max's forever home now....he's made his mind up....

We walked him to school yesterday to pick kids up, and obviously we couldn't take him into the school grounds,so me and the hubby waited outside with max....it was so funny he was on his back legs crying like a little baby because he thought my sis was leaving him, he didn't stop until she came back bless him....This little man isn't going anywhere.... oooohhhh he's stunning!!!
