Hey, I've not gone riding for about 8 years now (am 20) but I started when I was 5 and it's something I'd like to get back into.
I'm a student, so short on funds, does anyone know anywhere good to ride, i'm not particually interested in following ten 15 year olds around a field at a plod or doing dressage work, so maybe somewhere a bit more informal?

moss valley rides in coal aston used to be good for that sort of thing, very reasonably priced too, we used to pay £20 for 2 hours, i have friends that pay that for 1 hour in a menage, i think the number is still in the yellow pages and i'm sure her name was elaine if memory serves me, my son used to go and loved it there, she used to rescue horses and ponies from terrible conditions and retrain them as riding schoolers, a lovely and amazing woman, i might add

If there is anyone up for such a thing then that would be brilliant, I have no problems mucking out and lugging feed around for a hour plodding your horse around, or if anyone just needs theirs exercised due to lack of time.
