Before you ask, no I haven't got a pup lol!

A mate of mine is going to pick hers up tomorrow and is struggling for a name. Its a red shaded miniature dachshund, male. She wants something with an eee sound at the end

thinking a bit more, what about Benjie? (I do like Jabber's earlier suggestion of Max, or "Maxie" perhaps, as a pun on the Daxie's size)

They haven't yet. His KC name is Christopher Robin, so getting Robbie at the mo, her OH wants to call him Romeo, she's not impressed

Robbie? Hmm, yeah, I can see that. What about Bobby? (or Buddy?)

Thinking of the Christopher Robin and Pooh-bear link, how about "Teddy"?

She's down to Robby, Rocco, Rory or Rufus, so much for the eee sound

I'd call him sausage :hihi:

Daren't show MrSpeedDemon those pics, he HATES those dogs with a passion - one jumped up at him in his pram as a baby and bit his face, he still has the scar.

With that reddish tinge to his colouring, I'd plump for "Rufus".
