This is a unique food service offered to anyone in Sheffield who would like to hold parties or private function which highlights Thai Food Menu. I will cook fresh Thai food in your own venue at your request. Ingredients will be provided for.

Also, as a Thai Chef, I am available to teach interested people on how to cook Genuine Thai Food. A one-to-one basis can be arranged.

We had Kannika round to our house last night to teach us about Thai cooking and its ingredients. We learned a lot, the food was lovely and we got to try many new foods and flavours, many you don’t find in Thai restaurants.

You can ask for instruction in making any Thai dish you want but because we didn't know the names of many we asked Kannika to choose - With her instruction we made:

Long Eggplant Tempura with sesame seeds, eaten with chilli sauce

Green Curry with exotic things in it like apple aubergine, holy basil, pickled mustard greens, pea aubergine, an oyster type mushroom, Kaffir lime leaf and fried tofu (we requested vegan dishes). We ate this with fragrant rice.

Coconut tapioca pudding flavoured and coloured with pandan leaf.


Now we have had our lesson we will have to prepare authentic Thai food for our friends!

How much are these lessons?

Sorry about the delay, Ive been away for the weekend.

Lessons will cost £30 including ingredients on a one to one basis. However if there are more people involved a discount will be given on this price.

This will teach you how to cook a Thai 3 course meal. An example menu would be,

Tempura vegetables,
Thai Chicken curry (or vegy/vegan)
Coconut pudding.

Or other options available if you have any favourite dishes you may wish to cook
