Go to Virgin Megastore and walk down Leopold street a little past the bus stop that's outside the side of Virgin and there's a door on the side, ring the bell for floor 5 (I think it's that one) and they'll let you in... Hope that helps and good luck!

Make sure its the numerical pad you are using when u type in 32 and not the numbers above the letters.
