Store records and reflex records, both good but reflex is a RIP OFF.
Rare and Racy Books has some fantastic vinyl. I think the only place in town to get new twisted music along the lines of Aphex twin, while still selling old blues etc
Theres a second store on Hickmott road (the left at Nonnas) that also does some vinyl.

Forever changes and Lowlife....right next to each other....and you can get a cracking cup of tea if you ask ;)

Record Collecter... they do a fine selection of CDs too. It's in Broomhill by the way.
Also, a bit of a no brainer I know, but check out the charity shops... you might be surprised what you can pick up for 10p!

The best places for GOOD MUSIC in sheffield, vinyl-wise, are
LOWLIFE and FOREVER CHANGES on hickmott road as the guys who run these shops not only know their stuff and run their own DJ nights but they are some of safest guys i've met who are in the sheffield music scene. Dont go to reflex as the guys are tossers who dont have a clue what proper music is.
