I usually use tinned chickpeas but have bought some dried ones, the recipe I'm doing calls for 100g of cooked chickpeas, what dried weight do I need to cook? Help appreciated.xx

Help appreciated.xx Frank Sidney 23-11-2008, 18:19 I would have thought they'd absorb some of the water that they soak in - so I'd maybe use 80g of dried chickpeas and soak them overnight, then weigh out 100g. If there's any left over you could always use them up by making some hummus. |
