there's an avatar resizer on here ... go into your options at the left here under Forum contents ... then into edit options and it's at the bottom of the page there ...Avatar ... :)

I downloaded the avatar resizer from there zinger and it worked!! maybe it's been deleted sorry :(

i use imagoweb, converts to the various picture formats, has a handy picture slideshow feature, is well easy to make pics smaller for avatars and is free :)

If you go to www.jql.co.uk it gives you a free avatar sizer download. I've used it for loads without problems. You can then also choose to use it to size down one of your favourite pics to include at the end of an email

You need an avatar resizer. I'm sure there used to be a link for one in help... I'll go and have a look :)

Save the image

open it up in here (http://www.gifworks.com/image_editor.html)

Go to edit - resize

choose 50x50 and jobs a good un :)
