The Sheffield Enterprise Agency (SENTA) and Business Link supported us right from the word go. I have to say, they were invaluable - and absolutely free and impartial in every sense. Our consultant at SENTA was Trisha Heckingbottom. We went to her about 4 years ago and have now been in business a year. The planning took forever but am I glad we did it this way. Its a cliche but so true - its all in the planning. Trisha has invited us to an awards ceremony this Thursday - a big posh do and do you know what, I think we owe her some drinks!! I also agree the BIG website has to be worth a shot - they gave us a grant too - which was nice!
