I was driving around Park Square last night and they had coned off a large section of the roads around it. Looked like they were deploying cranes onto the formerly demolished wing of castle markets. Does this mean that they are finally starting work on the new office complex as has been promised - or is this the start of pending work to castle district and the market area?

Any ideas - pray tell!!!

I noticed a coned off lane being set up last night (7pm) at the bottom of Snig Hill near the courts.
