I am involved in organising a local BBQ. The purpose of which is to raise money for a local charity, it changes from year to year. In saying that, last year we raised over £4000 for Amy's Retreat, a local charity that gives respite holidays for families that have a young child with cancer amongst them. Amy herself died in Childrens Hospital at age of 5 with cancer.

It is a registered charity that can do with all the money that any group can raise. The aim is the eventually build their own holiday home for kids with cancer.

So, back to the BBQ. The premises where it is held only allows 250 people and those tickets have been allocated, sorry, but I need to source stuff for the BBQ as donations.

Carrots, rice, potatoes, onions, salad cream, crisps, eggs, tomatoes, beetroot, apples, oranges, peppers, red and whit cabbage.

This is to make coleslaw and have rice etc. and fruit available.

CAN ANYBODY HELP? I would collect. The date for BBQ is middle of July.

Also any donations for tombola, raffle, auction would be appreciated.

This year we hope to top £4000 to send more families on what well maybe their last holiday all together.
