Can anyone recommend a good commercial letting agent? How does it work - eg do they charge a fee or take a percentage?

Can't recommend an agent but I can explain what they can do for you.

At a very basic level an agent can advertise the property for you... through to fully managing the property, everything from finding tenants, building maintenance, looking after insurance, dealing with all tenant issues, getting rents in etc. etc.

You receive a cheque monthly, quarterly or annually etc, but need not have anything else to do with the building, obviously you will pay for the services.

You pay (generally fee based) on the services carried out for you.
