Am i the only one who is fed up to the back teeth of all the programs who do this?

They could cut half the viewing time by getting rid of these clips.

Channel 4 seem to be the worst culprits with most of their shows now doing this. I don't need to see what i've just watched over and over again, nor do i want to see that which i wil be viewing in the next 10mins :loopy:


The worst prog on the box for this however is the X-factor auditions, I timed it one day to see how much viewing time was wasted on this, 27mins in one prog. I would much rather see more of the actual auditions.
