Hello there friends of Sheffield,

The Yoga Nature website has been updated (www.yoganaturesheffield.org.uk). You will be particularly interested in the following:

(I) News and workshops page: you will find info about when classes close for the Christmas period; a yoga nature Christmas gift voucher; details of the Winter Solstices Yoga workshop, what will be covered and its cost; the new dance module starting next year; plus workshops to come.

(II) Class details and cost page: you will be able to download the quarterly calendar for January to April 2009;

(III) Poems page: there are six new poems on the page…they are all very beautiful but if you are pushed for time do try and read Andy’s “The Magnificence of Trees”.

(IV) Photo page: from page 5 onwards of the photo album there are new photos taken from walks in Wales and Derbyshire.

(V) General updates have been made to all the pages and we have also included some inspirational quotes.
