i'm not known for my serious posting (all though some people seem to take me serious:rolleyes: ) but this is.........yesterday i saw a well known smackhead from around our area walking around queens road/bramall lane area wearing a yellow sheffield council bib thingy,the type of thing you'd see a bin man wearing,i forgot all about it until my missis just rang me and told me he was down there again earlier.

i read an article last week i think it was about a bogus council worker supposidly going to fix radiators at old peoples houses then steeling purses etc.. one of the reports said he was wearing one of those type of yellow bib things. i cant remember where i saw the article so cant check out the description altho i seem to remeber it was in the woodthorpe area.
maybe this fella should be reported to the police incase its the same one. cos im sure its only smackhead scum that would be low enought to rob off the elderely
