Have you tried customer services ??? 450 pay as you go or 150 contract.. here you go +447973100973 or +447973100974.

ive tried google no joy gives to different numbers 1 for payg 1 for contract neither will work

No, there are a few different centre numbers that can be used, but they are not specific.

As said above. Try giving customer services a call then. They should give it you in seconds.

It does indeed - and it's the same as mine - which is why I didn't post the number at first as I thought it was individual to each phone - there are 2 on there though so the OP could try both.

lol sorted now changed it and had to turn phone of and back on before it would work
