Have you pressed the Alt or Fn keys and the coresponding function key to switch between internal, external and both screens? hi matey, you will have to talk to me in real simple computer lingo :loopy: not very clever on computers. i want to play poker online but have a big screen effect e.g. on my 32'' tv i have had it on before and when i connected the 2, a bleep noise was made:confused: neeeeeeeeeek 18-11-2008, 11:06 Reet, what mode is the laptop? If you look at the keyboard the function keys along the top wil have little pictures on them. One might be of a TV / monitor and when you hold the FN key (usually near ctrl) and press the same function key it wil swap between the internal screen, an external svcreen or both. That's what you need to do to get the TV to work. :) THE NEWCOMER 18-11-2008, 12:05 thanks, i can see the pic, its f4. so...... turn the computer on when everythings connected. put the tv on to pc. anymore advice matey ? neeeeeeeeeek 18-11-2008, 12:19 Hold the Alt or Fn key and press F4 and your picture should come up or the TV might say out of range. If it does the latter you need to lower the screen res on the laptop but try it frist. |
