I think you can take 25% off for the single person allowance (?).

As for broadband, you can take your pick. I use Zen, who aren't the cheapest, but they are very good (no capping, 1Gb webspace, 8 static IP's, backup dialup connection, PC Pro's best broadband ISP 2004). You should be able to get broadband from any supplier (including NTL as a lot of Hillsborough is cabled).
