Right it all starts on Monday!!
I'm going to Grimsby by train- so I ring up travel line and find out when the first train from Sheffield leaves to go to Grimsby.
I was told 1211- ok fine
So in the morning mum and me go into town to do some shopping unfortunately we finish shopping at 0930ish so I say ill wonder down to the train station and wait.
I get to the train station and ask when the next train to Grimsby is and she says the 1011 and so I go to the platform and wait. At 1009 its cancelled and that was that so I go back to the info desk and ask when the next one she say the 1111 so ok, at 1011 I find that there is a replacement bus service for the 1011 so I go and wait for that, at 1035 we find out that the bus is 30 mins late-why???-
The group of people I was waiting with are now all very cheesed off so go and complain we are all offered an apology- we pushed for a free fare or discount-no luck-.
We all decide to wait for the 1111 at 1106 we find out that the 1111 is 25 mins late -why?? - In the end we all left the station at 1203. DISGRACFULL
Then on then return journey on sat there was a 0805 train leaving Grimsby at 0807 and changing at s****horpe at 0910 - exelant perfect timing. but hold on its a bus because of ruddy rail services things so at 0807 the bus doesnt arrive we are a bit suspicious we are told the bus is a few mins lat- ok. at 0830 we are a bit cheased off again. at 0840 we are told the bus has not even arrived at the first station its supposed to in fact its broken down!! and he knew that at 0826- whydint he tell us???- so at 0840 i left with my dad in the car and had to get to s****horpe in less than 30 mins - noway- in the end we got there on time and left s****horpe on time. but by the time we had got to Sheffield we were 20 mins late-WHY??-
IN CONCLUSION THE RAIL SERVICES IN ENGLAND A A PILE OF ROTTEN BIRD DOO DOO AND A PILE OF HORSE MANURE
