Hi

I swapped out a faulty DVD-RW drive in my parents pc yesterday, the new one installed perfectly and I managed to burn a DVD of data without any issues, great I thought. Later on I used the DVD ROM drive (PC has 2 drives in, one DVD-RW one DVD-ROM) and after it worked fine, I ejected the disc and it blue screened! It's happened again today. Event Viewer shows a system error of 1003, runnign Windows XP SP3. The new drive did'nt come with a driver disc and it installed fine, device manager shows everything is ok and both drives work fine but it blue screens. I cant work out what the issue would be.

Any ideas? Thanks
