Is this the firm which was Telecom Plus? The firm that used to guarantee to be the cheapest for both gas and electricity but no longer makes that claim.

At one time you were the cheapest however I do not believe you can still make that promise.

I remember the mobile phone rental used to be cheaper the longer you kept with them.

At the end of the mobile rental term can you keep the phone you supply or do you still have to either return it or pay for it?

I hope you have looked at the terms and conditions of your contract with them as I know some of my pals who worked for your company thought they were getting an override on customers' bills for a lot less time than they anticipated.
